A report from Canada’s Transcontinental Media publication claims that the Atlantic Lottery Corporation has issued a request to developers and manufacturers for further information on making gambling games to played on the worldwide web. The Atlantic Lottery Corporation is a Monkton based firm all ready manages five online gaming sites, but none are connected to the state run lottery. These gaming activities that are run by the Atlantic Lottery Corporation can be found in Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland and Labrador, New Brunswick and Nova Scotia. These places are all of the provinces found on the Atlantic side of the country of Canada. What does the Atlantic Lottery Corporation do with the money used in the lottery? They split the profits between all of the provinces they are in charge of.

“There might be new and exciting things that could replace what is out there or we could add to it. But at this point we are looking to see what is out there,” said Paula Dyke who is the Spokesperson for the Atlantic Lottery Corporation. “This potentially could lead to refreshing the products that exist.”

As stated by their spokesperson, Paula Dyke, the Atlantic Lottery Corporation allegedly would just like to open up and consider a few of the internet based lottery products to gain some ideas on what they want to pursue.
