What a bad way to start a reputation for a brand new online
casino. Lucky Ace Casino.com has only been open for business
for a little more than a week and has all ready spawned a sea
of complaints. The complaints all touch on the subject of
bonus abuse disqualification according to widespread message
board postings.
A large amount of players are contending that, following a
deposit and play that is compliant with the site’s terms and
conditions, they are being informed by casino security staff
when they attempt to cash out that their game has been
classified as bonus abuse without giving an explanation. At
the very next moment the staff then significantly cuts down
their winnings and bonuses before returning them to the player
and locking their accounts, seemingly without rhyme or reason.
Kamay Holdings and 888.com have a short time ago signed a
white label deal with each other and the first product to be
born of this union is the loathed Lucky Ace Casino.com. While
Kamay Holdings actually owns the beyond the pale online gaming
site, it is 888.com who is staffing it.
Message boards across the internet have disgruntled players
complaining that the 888.com’s employees should be experienced
enough to know that it is unjust to withhold payment, whether
it is bonuses or winnings, from players who meet the terms and
conditions applicable to an offer. Especially when the player
was not involved in any illegal activity, nor has any
questionable activity been displayed. If an online casino does
not want to do business with a player for some reason, then
they should be excluded during the registration process but
not after playing.
Another element that is ruffling the feathers of these players
is being locked out of their accounts. An online gaming site
has every right to lock players out of their accounts if they
have a sufficient reason for doing so. It is clearly described
in their rules and regulations for becoming a member to the
site that if the casino wishes to lock an account it is
entitled to do so. However the casino must pay out every last
piece of money it owes to the player it is locking out as long
as they have met the terms and conditions.
