International Gaming Technology’s Wager Works has recently
made public the release of a new BlackJack game available on
their site Virgin Casino. Not nearly as powerful as
Microgaming or RTG, Wager Works is a progressively growing
software provider who is (wisely) taking it’s time in learning
the intricacies of the industry as they go. So far, so good
with no major issues on the sites they power and, as indicated
here, steadily gaining speed.
The new game is titled Double Attack BlackJack and is
currently available at Virgin Casino. By signing up for their
free account, you have unlimited access to “fun money” funds
in order to try the game out, and hone your 21 skills. The
game branches off of Classic BlackJack by offering players
strategic alternatives, and will appeal to any players who
enjoy Basic Strategy.
All the alternatives that you’ve known to be available in the
game of BlackJack are there. You can double down following any
number of cards being played, fold after the any number of
cards, and their Insurance Bet has a payoff of 3 to 1. Even
for those players who would normally recommend against taking
Insurance, a 3 to 1 payoff makes you rethink the whole deal.
Wager Works certainly does have a strong hold on the graphics
elements of creating a strong game, and Double Attack
BlackJack is no different. An example of such would be the
fact that every time a gambler wins, a cannon shoots into the
dealers cards, dispersing them victoriously.
Virgin Casino does not accept players from the U.S.
